Three ways to begin.
Every organization is at a different stage of growth, transition, and leadership development. The IN Leadership Lab is designed with that in mind, offering three distinct ways to begin based on your team's needs, pace, and priorities. Whether you need a focused reset, a structured manager development experience, or a deeper engagement with your senior team, each option is built to strengthen leadership where it matters most.
The Lab Intensive is a three-week engagement for one team of 3 to 12 participants, featuring a two-day intensive over Zoom, and is ideal for a team reshaped by a new leader, merger, or reorganization.
The Lab Series is a 12-week program for up to 20 managers, with six half-day Zoom sessions plus peer pods, designed to improve manager effectiveness and lift engagement.
The Executive Lab is a six-month engagement for 6 to 8 senior executives, including four full-day Labs over Zoom plus three 1:1 sessions per executive, and is best for a senior team preparing for a growth year or a new market.
Investment begins at $17,500 for the Lab Intensive, $35,000 for the Lab Series, and $60,000 for the Executive Lab.
Every version includes the Lab Charter, baseline and closing measures, participant workbooks, a written Results Report, and a 30-day check-in. Payment is due at signing to ensure all workshops and meetings can be reserved.
How it works
The IN Leadership Lab begins with a Discover phase, which includes an alignment session, stakeholder interviews, and a baseline pulse. This work is distilled into a one-page Lab Charter that defines three agreed outcomes for the engagement.
From there, leaders move into Lab Sessions: live, facilitated experiences built around scenarios drawn from your organization rather than borrowed case studies. Between sessions, the work continues through Field Practice, where leaders apply each lesson in real time and are supported by small peer pods.
At the close of the engagement, we Measure progress through a closing pulse, an executive debrief, and a written Results Report that documents what changed.
