Kari is the Founder and CEO of Inspire Now Group where she leads the business strategy, cultivates and leads a top performing team, and actively works with every client. She’s led work across marketing, PR, business strategy, and leadership development for decades—helping organizations grow with clarity, move faster, and stay resilient when it counts.
Her experience spans Fortune 50 tech, private equity–backed companies in both the public and private sectors, and beloved consumer brands. She’s built high‑performing teams, launched products on a global stage, grew advocacy and fan communities, and secured top‑tier media across consumer, trade, business, and local outlets for purpose‑driven leaders.
Her style is practical and people‑first: clear insights, fast action, and real accountability. She helps leaders break through roadblocks, align teams, and win in competitive markets—grounded in the belief that authentic leadership and collaborative problem‑solving create the best results.

John Sherrodd, Head of Business Development
John is the Head of Business Development at Inspire Now Group, where he ensures every client’s success from first conversation through measurable outcomes. He leads business development and oversees operations—including project management, resourcing, and delivery—so engagements run smoothly, teams stay aligned, and strategies translate into results.
With a background that blends coaching, systems thinking, and client service, John brings a thoughtful and decisive approach to complex initiatives. He partners closely with the team and clients to scope the right solution, set clear success metrics, and maintain momentum. Internally, he builds repeatable processes, enables cross‑functional collaboration, and elevates accountability across the operations team.
Beyond his role at Inspire Now Group, John is a licensed mental health therapist at Full Life Counseling and an executive and life coach at Sol Coaching. He is the award‑winning author of A Deeper Connection: How to Navigate Conflict and Grow Relationships.
