Details: Joining your leadership team we will provide an overview of the program and what it means for each individual. We outline the process and expected impact. In this session we introduce the detailed in-take form that each person will fill out at their own pace to shape their unique branding strategy. In addition, we meet with your project sponsor one-to-one outside of this hour-long session to learn about your company’s core values and mission, and any pressing business objectives to align the team’s individual brand strategies.

Time: Two 1-hour sessions with each individual leadership team member
Details: Engage in private consults with our branding experts to uncover each individual’s expertise and background, shaping each unique brand strategy. For the first consultation we cover their strengths as a foundation to building their brand.*
Unique to our leadership team program we also work with each individual to articulate how their brand strategy aligns with the company’s core values and mission.
*Ahead of this first consultation, each individual is required to take a Strengths assessment which typically takes 30 minutes or less to complete.

Details: Witness the grand reveal of your brand during an engaging presentation delivered by our branding experts. This presentation includes your brand narrative, elevator pitch, key themes and messages, and your call-to-action recommendations designed especially for you to make a lasting impact. In addition, you will receive a recommendation of how to promote and elevate your brand presence.

Along with our branding experts, each individual will have the opportunity to unveil their unique brand strategy to their fellow leadership team members. They will be able to describe what they stand for, their unique brand pillars, and the impact they desire to have in the world and the company. In addition, each team member will articulate how their individual brand strategy aligns with the company’s core values and mission.

Each individual will receive a complimentary one-hour post program completion coaching session designed to help further elevate their brand. In this session, help will be given to fine-tune the narrative, set new goals, and learn new methods to help amplify their professional presence.
